You can receive your OVS purchases in a choice of 3 ways: shipping costs and delivery times depend on the type of delivery you choose.

Shipping to a UPS Access Point:

Shipping to an Access Point will save you money; it costs € 2.95 and you can collect your purchases within a delivery time of 2-5 working days.

You can have your purchases delivered to one of the UPS collection points throughout Europe.

Directly from the OVS site, when choosing your delivery method, you can select your nearest point; check the Access Point opening times, as some are open on Saturdays and Sundays for easy collection.

Your items will be available for 10 days from their arrival at the Access Point.

 

Home delivery – standard service

If you want your purchases to be delivered to your home and you do not require express delivery, the best choice is our standard service at € 4.95.

Delivery times range from 2 to 5 working days.

 

Express Delivery

If you need a faster delivery, your best choice is the express service that will deliver your purchases within 1-2 working days at a cost of € 9.95.

Express orders made before 12 pm on working days are shipped on the same day. Orders made after 12 pm are shipped on the next working day.

Thanks to our tracking system, you can always keep up to date with the status of your order.

Log in and click on "My Orders". This will open your order list. Click on the order you want to check.

  • If the order is “confirmed,” this means that we are preparing it for shipping. 

  • If the order is marked as “shipped”, please click on the “ID Tracking” search number. You will be redirected to the website of the UPS courier, where you can check the status of your shipment

WHAT ARE ACCESS POINTS?

Access Points are points run by UPS, the courier service we use, where you can pick up your purchases or bring your packages to be returned.

Access Points may be located in couriers’ offices or affiliated local businesses which are subject to checks by UPS.

From this page you can find  the nearest access point to your home and see the opening times and the photos of each one.

WHO CAN COLLECT PRODUCTS FROM THE ACCESS POINT?

The intended recipient is authorised to collect the package from the Access Point with an ID document.

If it is not possible to collect the items in person and the items are addressed to you, don’t worry:

you can appoint a person to collect your purchases for you, as long as they bring proof of identity document stating the following:

HOW WILL I KNOW MY PURCHASES HAVE ARRIVED AT THE ACCESS POINT?

When items arrive at the Access Point, you will be informed by email, which will be sent to the address you provided when making your order.

CAN I COLLECT PURCHASES IN STORE?

We are sorry to inform you that it is currently not possible to collect purchases directly from OVS stores.

HOW DO I CHECK WHETHER OR NOT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

It’s easy: log in and click on "My Orders". This will open your order list. Click on the one you would like to check:

  • If the order is “being processed” this means that we are preparing it for shipment. The time needed to prepare a Standard shipment is around 2-4 working days.

  • If the order is “shipped”, please click on the “ID Tracking” search number. You will be redirected to the website of the courier UPS, where you can check the status of your shipment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM OUT WHEN THE COURIER ARRIVES?

If you are not at home when the courier needs to deliver your purchase, it will be taken to the nearest UPS Access Point.

The courier will leave a card with all of the details of the Access Point. If there are no Access Points within 2 km of the delivery address (if you live in a town) or 7 km (if you live outside a town),  our courier will make two more delivery attempts and then the shipment will be stored for 5 days before it is returned to the sender.
