IS THERE A CATALOGUE OF OVS PRODUCTS?
The OVS catalogue is available on our OVS website, where you can look at all of the products and even make your purchases on line.
IS THE SAME RANGE OF ITEMS AVAILABLE IN ALL OVS STORES?
Due to the characteristics of the different stores, the products may vary for each one. Some smaller OVS stores may not stock some items.

WILL I FIND LARGER SIZES AT OVS?
The OVS collection includes a vast range of items in larger sizes, in fashion styles and colours. These items can also be purchased on line.
I SAW AN ITEM IN A STORE, BUT MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE. WHAT CAN I DO?
The staff at OVS stores have a tool for searching items and will be able to tell you the nearest store in which you can find the item.

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS PURCHASED FROM OVS STORES?
Items can only be exchanged in store and not by courier.
Items can be exchanged for different articles in store or for a credit note for the same amount, at any OVS store, no later than one month from the date of purchase.
Exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt.
I HAVE FOUND A FLAW IN AN ITEM PURCHASED FROM AN OVS STORE, WHAT CAN I DO?
In this case, you can go back to the OVS store where you made your purchase so that the store manager or sales staff can check the problem. Please remember also to bring your receipt.
If you cannot reach the store, you can contact our customer service for advice.
HOW DO I CONTACT THE OVS CUSTOMER SERVICE?
The OVS customer service specifically for Spanish customers is open from Monday-Saturday, from 9:00-19:00. It is closed on Sundays and holidays.
