Created for precision strokes, this double-ended tool has an ultra-fine pencil on one end to create defined hairs, and a brush on the other to perfect your arch.
Turn it as far as necessary and apply using short strokes to shape and fill in those sparse patches. Comb through with the brush to create brows with a natural finish.
