Packaging

We work continuously to eliminate the superfluous, reduce the consumption of virgin raw materials, reuse our packaging when possible and facilitate the recycling of it at the end of its life. In this way we considerably reduce our CO₂ emissions.

OVS.it packaging

From 2022, 100% of the packaging used for online purchases is made from FSC certified cellulose paper, from responsibly-managed forests.

Eliminating plastic

By the end of 2022 we will have stopped using virgin plastic packaging, replacing it with 100% recycled plastic. 100% of our plastic clothes hangers are reused and recycled at the end of their life.

Logistics packaging

To limit waste we reuse our cardboard boxes. When it is no longer possible, we recycle them.

Store packaging

To minimise the consumption of materials, we have started to eliminate labels by printing directly on the garments. Furthermore, we discourage the use of disposable shopping bags by requesting payment for them. In this way we contribute to the emission reduction objectives approved by Science Based Target Initiative.
