Rom&nd Glasting Melting Balm is a lip balm that intensely hydrates, provides a slight sheer colour and a vibrant finish. You can use it alone or on top of lip makeup for an elegant shine and touch of colour. The balm moisturises, nourishes and softens dry lips, creating a moisture-locking barrier that protects against environmental dryness. It contains plant oils such as argan, rosehip and evening primrose.
