Yes, orders can be shipped from multiple OVS warehouses to ensure better product availability. The shipping cost, if applicable, will only be charged once for the total order. You will receive an email with the list of items in each shipment and the tracking link.

You can change the shipping address only by contacting our Customer Service, providing your order number and the correct address. We will contact the courier and verify the possibility of delivering your order to the new shipping address.

Shipping is Standard, at a cost of 4.95 €, free for orders over 100€. Delivery in 3-5 working days.
The delivery period starts from the shipment of the order. They may vary at certain times of the year or in the event of a significant increase in online orders (such as Black Friday).

To ensure the widest possible availability of items online, in case of product variants (e.g., size or color) not present in the OVS central warehouse, you may see the label “Long-Distance Shipping”. This way, you can still add the item to your cart. Normally, this service has an extra cost of €0.95 VAT included per item, in addition to any other shipping fees depending on the chosen service. Until 12/10, the extra cost will not be applied and the long-distance shipping service will be free. By selecting the “Long-Distance Shipping” option, OVS commits to checking the availability of the requested item at stores and/or warehouses other than the central warehouse. If your order contains multiple items, products may be shipped separately from different warehouses and/or stores, and you may receive them in multiple shipments.
